You will not attempt to resell, transfer, or trade purchased items outside of the server's intended systems.

You understand that seasonal content, cosmetics, and certain items may change or be retired over time. This does not entitle you to a refund.

All sales are final. No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be honored under any circumstance.

3 SMP reserves the right to terminate your access to purchased content if you engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or gross misconduct.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Chargebacks — Immediate Permanent Ban

Initiating a chargeback on any store purchase will result in an immediate permanent ban with no appeal. All sales are final.
